Eligibility:

• The competition is only open to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) registered and operating within the United Kingdom.

• The competition is not open to existing or previous clients.

• Directors, employees, and immediate family members of Parks Bookkeeping & Accountancy Services Ltd, and any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, are not eligible to enter.

Entry Period:

• The competition begins on 23rd October 2023 and ends on 9th November 2023. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

How to Enter:

• Participants must complete the official entry form provided by Parks Bookkeeping & Accountancy Services Ltd. (This Page)

• Multiple entries will only be counted once.

Entry Fee:

• There is no entry fee to participate in this competition.

Prize(s):

• The winner will, after a full planning session with Parks Bookkeeping & Accountancy Services Ltd, receive free bookkeeping services up to the value of £1000. This £1000 is split up evenly over the 12 months of the first year's bookkeeping as per the proposal and letter of engagement that must both be signed before the services begin.

• Runners up prizes are either:

  • a free simple self assessment for either the previous or current tax year, which will be established once the runner up has completed the appropriate form. Should it be established that the self assessment required by the runner up need more than the simple service offered as the prize, a discounted self assessment will be offered in it's place appropriate to the level of service required by the runner up prize winner.

  • or a free year of single employee/director's payroll service.

• Runners up prize winners must partake in a full planning session with Parks Bookkeeping & Accountancy Services Ltd to establish which choice they should make, before receiving their prize.

• Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

Draw Details:

• The draw will take place at 11:00 am (GMT) on Friday 10th November 2023 when the first prize winner will be drawn from the full list of entrants randomly.

Winner Notification:

• The first prize winner will be notified via email within 5 business days of the closing date of their success.

• If the first prize winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 business days of notification, the organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the initial winner drawn and select a replacement winner.

• All runners up prize winners will receive a notification within 10 days of the drawer closing date to let them know what steps they should take to claim their prize.

Use of Data:

• By entering the competition, participants agree to Parks Bookkeeping & Accountancy Services Ltd collecting, storing, and using their data for the purposes of administering the competition and future marketing campaigns. You can choose to unsubscribe at any time by contacting admin@parksbookkeeping.co.uk . Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with the UK's current data protection legislation.

Liability:

• Parks Bookkeeping & Accountancy Services Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to computer error in transit.

• Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parks Bookkeeping & Accountancy Services Ltd from and against any claims arising out of or in connection with participation in this competition.

Amendments:

• The organiser reserves the right to amend the competition terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

General:

• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• The decision of Parks Bookkeeping & Accountancy Services Ltd in all matters related to the competition is final and binding.
